In-Network Insurance

I’m currently in-network with:

• Aetna

• Medicare

• Optum

• Oscar Small Group Plan

• United Behavioral Health (UBH General)

Please note: Coverage can vary by plan. Before we meet, I encourage you to call the number on your insurance card and ask about:

• Outpatient mental health benefits

• Telehealth coverage (if you want virtual sessions)

• Copay/coinsurance and deductible amounts

• Whether pre-authorization is required

I’ll verify benefits on my end as well, but your plan’s quote-of-benefits is the most accurate.

Private Pay (Self-Pay)

Individual counseling: $110 per session

• Group counseling (60 minutes): $60 per session

  • Full 8-week program: $480 total

  • Pay-in-full and save 10%: $432 total

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major cards and HSA/FSA.

If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you’re entitled to a Good Faith Estimate of costs before starting services. I’m glad to provide this in writing, please feel free to ask during our consultation call!

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows leave gaps that can’t be filled and prevent others from getting the support they need. As a result, I ask that you consider the following:

• Cancellation Window: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session.

• Late Cancellations/No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee (insurance does not cover this cost).

• One-Time Courtesy: Life happens. I offer one “freebie” for a late cancellation or no-show per calendar year, so you won’t be charged. After that, all missed or late-canceled appointments will be billed at the full fee.

• Emergencies: If a true emergency or sudden illness occurs, please let me know as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
