Have you felt like your pain or struggles weren’t truly understood—even in therapy?

That’s the benefit of working with someone who’s truly been there. My own lived experiences allow me to offer a kind of support that goes beyond techniques and treatment plans.

I know what it’s like to be dismissed or told “it’s all in your head.” And I also know the relief of finally feeling seen, validated, and understood. That’s what I offer to my clients: a safe space where your pain is taken seriously, your story matters, and your healing is honored.

Even more than that, I know that simply talking about it doesn’t make it better. Let’s take time to dig in deeper to get to the real change.

I don’t pretend to have all the answers - in fact, I view you as the expert of your own experience! I do promise to show up authentically, listen intently, empower you to reach your potential, and maybe even laugh along the way.

My sessions are structured but collaborative. I often incorporate guided meditations and experiential exercises to help you re-connect with your mind and body.

These are skills that you can carry with you long after our work together ends. My goal isn’t to keep you in therapy forever, but rather to help you feel confident navigating life on your own terms.

Outside the Therapy Room

I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of healing—which means it’s only fair that you get to know a little about me!

When I’m not in session, you can find me somewhere in nature, curled up with a good book, or keeping up with the newest Netflix show.

Healing doesn’t just happen in a therapy room. It happens in quiet rituals, meaningful activities, and the small routines that help us reconnect with ourselves.
