I provide supervision for Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC), Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW), and Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (LAMFT) throughout Arizona.

The Path to Independent Licensure

I believe the next generation of helping professionals deserves more than just “checking the boxes” to get licensed. Associates needs support and guidance to navigate the constantly evolving field.

My own journey began in community mental health where I learned to manage complex cases, find my voice as a therapist and grow into my therapeutic style. Over time, I built the tools and knowledge to transition into private practice.

My goal is to share those lessons, prepare you for the realities of both agency and private practice work, and help you find your professional identity.

Supervision Offerings

  • Individual

    One-on-one meetings tailored to your unique needs such as caseload review, skill development, and professional goals. This allows for deep dives into clinical decision-making, case conceptualization, and ethical dilemmas without the time constraints of larger group settings. Cost is $100 per session.

    Please note: at least two hours of the clinical supervision must be in person in my Chandler office during each six-month period.

  • Group

    Collaborative meetings with 2–6 supervisees. You’ll learn from your peers’ cases and perspectives, practice giving and receiving feedback, and gain a broader understanding of different therapeutic approaches. Group sessions often build a strong sense of community. Cost is $60 per session.

    Please note: the Board may accept 75 hours involving a group of two supervisees and 50 hours involving a group of three to six supervisees.

  • Hybrid

    Many supervisees choose a mix of individual and group sessions. This allows you to benefit from the collaborative learning of group work while still having protected time to focus on your own unique professional goals and areas of development.
